Cancelling an appointment

You can cancel an appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled time using the Appointment Lookup page. Cancellations made closer to the appointment time may be subject to a fee, at the clinic's discretion.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled to another available slot at no charge, subject to availability, using the same Appointment Lookup page.

No-shows

Repeated no-shows without cancellation may affect your ability to book future same-day appointments.

Appointment Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Appointments are typically held for 10-15 minutes past the scheduled start before being treated as a no-show.
